Internship x4 (Mafikengx1, Polokwane x1 & Nelpsuit x2)

The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals.

Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Customer Experience Centre(CEC) Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of Eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Work based exposure may include the following: (populate in the form of Summary)

• Consultation – Assisting with managing queries, providing information to claimants, facilitating the signing of offers from the region and attending outreach events where required.


• Onboarding – Registration of new claims and Verification and Validation of new claims.


• Merits – Assessing the nature of accidents in claims to establish the RAF’s liability


• General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process.

Qualifications and other Requirements

• Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate


• B degree / Diploma/NFQ 7


• Certified copy of your ID


• Certified copy of Academic transcript


• Your CV and motivational letter

Remuneration

The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.

5. The applicant must not have previously served as intern before. 


6. Should it be found that the applicant previously served as an intern and did not discose that info and it is discovered later, the applicant will be disqualified.
