Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Learner, you will be expected to:

• Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the coordination of team activities, events, and communications.
• Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
• Balance workplace responsibilities with academic requirements as part of the learnership

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen
• Living with a disability (proof of disability required).
• Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
• Strong interest in administration and office support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively between work and study.
