Trainee Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Supervisor to support daily production activities while developing their leadership and supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  
• Assist with glass cutting, packing and manufacturing activities.
  
• Supply and manage materials and tools.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
  
• Assist with loading trucks when required.
  
• Learn to operate the overhead gantry safely.
  
• Process glass off-cuts.
  
• Monitor stock levels and participate in stock takes.
  
• Ensure machinery and equipment are kept in good working order.
  
• Develop leadership skills and take responsibility for daily production activities.
  
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.
