HR Graduate to assist in Young Talent Development team

Co-ordinate the graduate recruitment process

Liaise with stakeholders to develop and manage all graduates and learners within the group

Support the Young Talent manager in cascading the group graduate programs

Partner closely with the SDF to support the development needs of learners and graduates

Must have completed HR Degree

1 - 2 years experience in Young Talent recruitment and / or development
