This Solution Advisor role is a 6 -month contract position, structured as part -time (20 working hours per week, Monday to Friday). It has a dual purpose: firstly, to actively prospect and secure enterprise -level opportunities, driving innovative and high -value deals; and secondly, to support the Sales Manager in coordinating and strengthening the performance of the sales team.
This role also serves as an opportunity to assess the candidate’s potential for progression into a future Sales Management position. As such, the position combines two core functions:
The Enterprise Solution Advisor (ESA) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships and deals with corporate clients and government entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate and public sectors. The ESA will work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive growth for the organisation.
The Sales Manager Support Assistant (SMS) is a vital role designed to provide comprehensive support to the Sales Manager. This position involves assisting in the management of the sales team, facilitating communication, organising schedules, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department. The role also serves as an opportunity to evaluate the candidate’s potential for future sales management responsibilities.
