WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

• Experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel kitchen or high-volume culinary environment
• Passion for fresh products, Mediterranean and Oriental flavors and the NENI family-style concept
• Strong mise en place skills, cleanliness, speed and consistency in every plate
• A reliable team mindset and the ability to stay organized during peak service
• Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards; Spanish and/or English skills are a plus

WHAT'S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

• Prepare and cook NENI dishes according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guideline
• Organize your station, mise en place and stock levels for smooth lunch and dinner service
• Ensure freshness, hygiene, cleanliness and careful handling of all ingredients and equipment
• Work closely with the kitchen team, service team and leadership to keep timing and quality on point
• Support ordering, storage and waste reduction through responsible product handling
• Bring positive energy, ideas and a hands-on mentality to our NENI kitchen
