• Experience in Front Office, ideally including night shifts.

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

• Stay cool – even during late-night arrivals, early departures, or unexpected nighttime requests.
• Ensure smooth and seamless processes together with your Front Office colleagues.
• Be a true host: exceed guest expectations and make them feel like they’ve found their own nighttime paradise.
• Prepare and hand over your shift with a tidy and organized Front Office.
• Perform the end of the day, close ledgers, check the reservations for the day after & closing bills.
• Financing and reporting all our outlets.
• Report directly to the Front Office Manager and Shift Leader.
• Stay informed and share relevant information with your team and management
