Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be:

• Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions.


• Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts.


• Dealing with sensible data.


• Ensuring high-quality service and customers' satisfaction
