You will support and advise existing customers (end customers as well as distributors), acquire new customers, develop sales strategies, implement contract negotiations with the aim of increasing sales.\n\nYour key responsibilities:\n\n * Advising and supporting customers using our diagnostic solutions (food, animal feed companies, laboratories, distributors)\n * Promoting Romer Labs products for the analysis of food allergens, mycotoxins and pathogens\n * Actively representing Romer Labs in conferences and seminars\n * Acquiring new customers\n * Utilizing marketing and technical resources to increase market share\n * Cooperating with the logistic team to maximize service level\n\n\n\nWe offer:\n\n * A supportive environment where you\u2019re empowered to grow and share your ideas\n * An inclusive and multicultural team with respect for everyone\n * A dynamic work environment that gives the possibility to work independently as well as part of a team in finding the right solutions\n * A team with multiple competences and resources that encourages your business and personal growth\n * Developed region with significant growth potential\n * Innovative product portfolio and background support of a leading in-house development and manufacturing team\n\n\n\nYou bring:\n\n * Several years of B2B sales experience (ideally in diagnostic segment)\n * Life science education background e.g. chemistry, food engineering, biotechnology, biology, agriculture\n * Able to travel in the region (~50%)\n * Category B driving license\n * Excellent communication skills.
