We’re Looking For
An organised and customer focused Administration Assistant to support our Centre Management team at Wendouree. You will partner with the team to ensure smooth operations and great customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Support centre operations across admin, finance, and reception duties


• Manage billing, banking, receipting, reconciliations & SAP processes


• Deliver front-of-house service, contractor support & tenant engagement

About You
You’re a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working across both finance and front-of-house responsibilities in a busy retail environment. You take pride in accuracy, build strong relationships, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Previous administration experience in a fast paced or customer facing environment


• Exposure to financial processes such as billing, banking or reconciliations


• Strong customer service skills and confident communication style


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word


• SAP experience is advantageous but not essential


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, ideally with exposure to finance and customer-facing responsibilities
