Associate Field Services Technician

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in accordance with established company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of materials, components, and equipment required for production.
• Support purchasing activities, including supplier coordination, order processing, and follow-ups when needed.
• Review and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Configure, assemble, and test production systems and components to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Participate in equipment installations and on-site deployment activities as required.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation related to configurations, testing, production processes, and solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during production and installation phases to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
