JOB OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a BackEnd Developers with 3-6 years working like BackEnd Developer with data knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a passion to work in tech teams to achieve the best quality results, design solutions for commercial proposals and manage tech stack and Code quality of the projects.

The candidate should also be interested in creating innovative solutions, researching and developing software development, and working with datasets and algorithms.

LOCATION

Madrid Office, hybrid (2-3 days a week at home), Mandatory to have fiscal residency in Spain and it is MANDATORY to be based in Comunidad de Madrid.

OR

Dubai Office, hybrid (2-3 days a week at home), Based in Dubai with Dubai Work Permit VISA.

RESPONSABILITIES

Work in a tech team of Senior, Mid and Junior FullStack Developers and AI/data Devs, mainly we work with LLMs, AI Software development, LMMs and integrate it with software developments.

The projects always have a delivery manager for the management of the objectives, dailies and timings, so the candidate can focus his or her time on contributing value to the team from the technical area, providing solutions, reviewing code or developing some parts of it.

Participate in the company's R&D projects and in the research and testing of solutions: The company has several internal R&D projects related to LLMs, LMMs, Computer vision, Digital Twins and Synthetic Content.

To participate in the Design and development of MVPs to validate new concepts and reduce time to market.

Document and present technical progress reports to the project manager.

REQUIEREMENTS

Requirements like backEnd & AI Dev (at least 3 year of experience):

• (Mandatory) Experience in backEnd development with knowledge of back-end technologies. At least three years (in professional environments, officially working as a developer). Most important is Python: flask, fast API.


• (Mandatory) Experience working with Datasets: clear, merge, normalize the data, creating subsets of data to retrain models (transfer learning) using technologies such as Python (libraries like Pandas) or R. At least Two-three years (in professional environments)


• (Mandatory) Experience integrating and deploying APIs, operate with webhooks and databases (Relational and Nonrelational).At least Two-three years (in professional environments)


• (Mandatory) Understanding of DevOps principles and experience (developer user level) with CI/CD pipelines.


• (Mandatory) Intermediate level of english (>= B2.1)


• (Basic)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• (Basic) Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Desirables:

You can't know everything, but if you meet any of the following points, even if they are notions, it is important for us, although not necessary:

• (Desirable) Experience or Knowledge to participate in transfer learning or other model training methods for foundational models (GenAI)


• (Desirable) Experience or knowledge with software testing methodologies and tools.(especially Related with GenAI: ie Langchain, langFuse, LangSmith)


• (Desirable) Knowledge to be able to apply models to datasets to generate inferences in one of the next areas: Computer vision (like yolo) or linear regression / Random Forest.


• (Desirable) Knowledge and experience with LLMs, LMMs APIs (like GPT4, GPT4V, Llava, Llama or Falcon)


• (Desirable) Knowledge of AI wrappers like Langchain, OLlama or community tools like Hugging face


• (Desirable) Knowledge of nVidia Nemo or Nims
