Your Role

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to meet and exceed targets.
• Present tailored solutions and upsell services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a dedicated Account Manager.
• Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency.
• Track and report sales activities accurately.

Requirements

• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
• Proven experience in B2B sales (1+ year), including cold calling and upselling.
• A strong interest in the tech and creative industries.
• EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
• Availability for immediate relocation or start.
