For more than 20 years, we have been helping businesses create a professional image without the costs and commitments of a traditional office. Our customers range from startups and freelancers to established SMEs looking for flexibility and efficiency.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Representative to strengthen our sales team from our Portuguese office.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Growth - Help expand eburo’s presence in the Dutch market by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers.
Generate and Qualify Leads - Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting platforms to build a pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
Build Strong Relationships - Develop trust-based relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and key decision-makers.
Close New Business - Guide prospects through the sales process, convert opportunities into customers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Understand Customer Needs - Identify customer challenges and recommend the most suitable combination of virtual office, business address, and telephone answering solutions.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement - Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve our services, sales processes, and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Sales Experience - You have experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development. Experience with cold calling is highly valued.
Excellent Communication Skills - You are confident on the phone, articulate, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
Customer Focus - You listen carefully and focus on understanding customer needs rather than simply selling products.
Commercial Mindset - You enjoy achieving targets, negotiating deals, and creating new business opportunities.
Strong Organization and Self-Motivation - You can manage your pipeline effectively and work independently while staying focused on results.
Language Skills
Native-level Dutch
Good command of English
Additional European languages are a plus
Tech-Savvy - Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ChatGPT, and other sales enablement tools is an advantage.
