SENSIA Solutions (2008) is a leading company in the infrared (IR) imaging market that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras mainly for gas detection and quantification and flame detection. Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications. We are currently looking for a profile to join our Software Team.

Tus tareas

Lead a small team of C++ developers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
Oversee the software development lifecycle from conception through implementation and support.
Coordinate team efforts to ensure deadlines and technical objectives are met.
Work closely with other departments (QA, Product, Design) to ensure product quality and functionality.
Perform code reviews to ensure best programming practices and correct implementation of solutions.
Encourage the technical growth of the team through mentoring, training, and performance reviews.
Manage internal and external team communications to facilitate collaboration and problem solving.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools to optimize team efficiency.
Actively participate in planning, providing technical solutions, and resolving complex issues as needed.

Tu perfil

Proven experience in C++ development (5 or more years of experience).
Previous experience leading development teams or coordinating projects.
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to solve complex problems and propose efficient solutions.
Proactivity and a collaborative attitude are required to foster a positive work environment and continuous learning.
