Your Tasks

Own category, shopper, and channel insights, translating data into actionable recommendations that drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.

Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies, combining Category Management, Shopper Insights, and Revenue Growth Management principles.

Drive portfolio, pricing, promotion, and assortment optimization, identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue, improve margins, and maximize category performance.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to shape innovation and go-to-market plans, building compelling category and selling stories tailored to customer and channel needs.

Monitor commercial performance and execution, ensuring strategic initiatives deliver expected results and proactively identifying improvement opportunities.

Lead and develop a team of Category & Revenue Growth professionals, setting priorities, building capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Your Profile

3-5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management or Commercial Strategy, preferably within FMCG.

Strong understanding of RGM levers (pricing, promotions, assortment, mix) and their application to profitable growth strategies.

Experience leveraging category, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.

Previous people leadership experience and the ability to drive results through cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex data and shopper insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
