As a Cloud Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will be a key player in designing and occasionally implementing cloud-based solutions that align with our clients' business and technical requirements. You'll partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You'll be seen as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring that our solutions meet clients' objectives and support their growth.

On a day-to-day basis, you will design and architect cloud-based systems that guarantee high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability. From working with sales teams to providing pre-sales technical support, you'll ensure seamless integration of cloud environments with on-premises solutions. Your input will drive the optimization and security of our cloud infrastructure, crafting migration strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration is key to your role. You'll work with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and project managers, to align technical solutions with business goals. You will take charge of developing and maintaining our cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed. Your role will also involve handling client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, guiding these projects from conception to delivery with the necessary resources.

You'll be the go-to expert on cloud technologies and architectures, from assessing existing systems to defining and enforcing security best practices. You will be instrumental in supporting sales teams by offering insights during the scope of work determinations, product pricing, and rFP/rFI responses. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing technical design documents and supporting project implementations to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team.
