At G+D, a global leader in Smart Cards and Secure Payment solutions, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you will act as the key link between G+D and our customers in the global banking industry.

What you'll do

Customer Service / Order Management – Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, receiving orders, defining project requirements, and providing guidance and support throughout the entire process.


• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from entry through production, shipment, and invoicing, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring timely updates to customers on order status and delivery progress.


• Translate customer requirements into internal commitments and provide detailed specifications to Planning and Project Management teams for technical execution.


• Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, returns, and product disposal processes across production and post-delivery stages.


• Ensure smooth execution of production orders by coordinating cross-functional activities and securing on-time delivery.


• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and G+D Group entities.

Logistics & Trade Compliance

• Prepare and legalize shipping documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure efficient shipment execution.


• Manage banking documentation related to customs clearance and shipment release.

Reporting & Finance Coordination

• Prepare monthly reporting including month-end closing, payment alerts, invoicing reports, and sales order backlog analysis.


• Support financial processes by monitoring customer payments and ensuring timely follow-up.

Bank Guarantees & Tenders

• Manage the issuance and follow-up of bid bonds and performance guarantees with banking partners, ensuring full coordination for tender participation and contract execution.
