That’s why we’re looking for a Content & SEO Specialist – ROW Markets to own and scale content across the UK, South Africa, Nordics, and the US, with a strong SEO mindset and a clear focus on performance.

This role is about turning content into a measurable growth lever. You’ll combine creativity with data, working closely with Growth, SEO, and Brand teams to drive acquisition and activation through content.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Content & SEO Specialist to own content strategy and execution across ROW (Rest of the World) markets.

In the first months, you’ll focus on creating, optimizing, and maintaining SEO-driven content, managing newsletters, and collaborating closely with Growth and SEO teams to support acquisition and activation. From there, you’ll progressively take ownership of content prioritization, performance optimization, and scaling content impact across markets.

This role requires balancing day-to-day execution with performance-driven thinking: writing and editing content, optimizing for SEO, collaborating across teams, and understanding what content actually drives results.

What will you be doing?

As Content & SEO Specialist – ROW Markets, you will:

Content creation & strategy (core focus)

  • Own the content strategy and execution for ROW markets, aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Create, optimize, and maintain SEO-driven content (blog articles, landing pages, guides, and resources)
  • Write and manage newsletters and email content, collaborating with Growth teams to support acquisition and activation
  • Develop clear, actionable content briefs for in-house teams and external freelancers
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and tone across all markets and formats

SEO & performance

  • Apply SEO best practices across all content (on-page SEO, internal linking, search intent, basic technical hygiene)
  • Understand keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis to guide content priorities
  • Understand and analyze content and SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
  • Translate performance insights into content improvements and new opportunities

Tools, workflows & collaboration

  • Work hands-on with HubSpot for content publishing, newsletters, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate and collaborate with content freelancers, from briefing and feedback to quality control
  • Contribute to global content and SEO projects, sharing learnings and best practices across markets

You're a great fit if you:

You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is mindset, motivation, and potential.

  • Native-level English, with clear and confident written communication (other languages are a plus)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on structured and conversion-oriented content
  • A content-first mindset with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to evaluate what works (and what doesn’t)
  • Highly collaborative, especially with Content, Growth, Brand, and SEO teams
  • Curious and resourceful, comfortable researching complex topics and simplifying them
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage projects and timelines independently
  • Experience with CMS tools (WordPress, Dato, Webflow) and marketing tools like HubSpot, or strong willingness to learn
  • Experience working with freelancers or external contributors is a plus
