Neuraxpharm is looking for an HR (Systems) Transformation Lead


(hybrid role)


Your mission:


 


Reporting to the Corporate Head of People Strategy & Transformation and working closely with IT and HR stakeholders, the role is responsible for assessing, improving, and driving the digital transformation of HR processes across the organization. The position focuses on process excellence, digital enablement, and project coordination, ensuring scalable, efficient, and user-centric HR processes supported by advanced HR systems and AI-driven solutions. This role evaluates current practices and enables transformation initiatives. 


 


Your major accountabilities:


1.HR Systems & Process digitalization & Transformation



  • Assess HR processes and identify improvement opportunities. 



  • Redesign processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to improve efficiency and scalability. 



  • Drive adoption of digital HR solutions, including AI-based tools. 



  • Define and own the global People process transformation roadmap (priorities, milestones, benefits, and dependencies)  

  • Act as HR process-to-system owner for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the solution supports agreed standards and ways of working  



  • Lead requirements gathering, user stories, UAT, and release readiness for improvements, upgrades, and new functionalities  



  • Drive governance for configuration and workflows (change control, documentation, approvals), partnering with IT/providers for delivery  


2.Transformation, Project Management & Coordination



  • Lead and coordinate HR transformation projects across the organization. 



  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and successful HR project delivery. 

  • Build and sustain a strong partnership with the IT Functional Manager (dotted line) to align priorities, assess feasibility, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of process-to-system changes  


3.Change Management & Adoption



  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and system improvements. 



  • Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes. 


 


4. Data, Reporting & Analytics



  • Enable advanced analytics and dashboarding eg. Power BI)

  • Ensure master data quality and key controls (authorizations, audit trail, segregation of duties) are understood and embedded in HR ways of working  


 


 


We would like you to have:


 



  • 6–8+ years in HR Transformation, HR Operations, HRIS or Process Excellence. 



  • Strong experience in HR process assessment and improvement. 



  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors). 



  • Experience with digitalization and AI in HR. 



  • Experience on Integration of HRIS with reporting tools (Power BI; SAP Analytics Cloud, etc)

  • Ability to translate HR needs into system solutions

  • Process mapping & redesign (AS-IS / TO-BE) and standardization across countries 



  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. 



  • Fluent in English.
