Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Rare Diseases Launch Excellence & Medical Lead

(hybrid role)

Your mission:

The Corporate Rare Diseases Launch Excellence & Medical Lead is responsible for driving Neuraxpharm’s global medical strategy and ensuring launch readiness for its Rare Diseases portfolio. This role provides medical leadership and cross-functional coordination to guarantee successful launches and lifecycle management of current and future assets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing global Medical Affairs plans aligned with corporate objectives, supporting affiliates to achieve consistent launch execution across countries, offering scientific expertise to R&D, Regulatory, Market Access and Commercial teams, engaging with global KOLs and patient organizations, and contributing to business development and M&A evaluations in the Rare Diseases area.

Your major accountabilities:

1. Launch Excellence

• Lead and coordinate global launch readiness for the Rare Disease portfolio, ensuring affiliates execute deliverables aligned with corporate milestones.


• Provide best practices and guidance to country teams while monitoring KPIs and addressing risks or unmet needs.

2. Medical Strategy & Operations

• Develop and implement global Medical Affairs strategies for Rare Disease products, generating insights to identify unmet needs and opportunities.


• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development and BD.

3. External Expert Engagement

• Lead global KOL mapping and engagement plans, including academic centers and patient associations.


• Organize advisory boards and expert meetings to strengthen scientific relationships.

4. Medical Comunications

• Drive publication strategy and development, including congress abstracts and manuscripts, and lead creation of scientific narratives and core content.


• Provide medical review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials, supporting omni-channel communication strategies.

5. Medical Training & Internal Education

• Deliver scientific training for Medical Advisors, MSLs and cross-functional teams on ALD, product MOA and competitor landscape.


• Support development of e-learning modules and onboarding materials for global Rare Disease academies.

6. Research & Development / Evidence Generation

• Collaborate with Clinical Development on studies (RWE, PROs, observational) and contribute to protocol development and data interpretation.


• Organize Identify and support high-impact research initiatives aligned with business needs.

7. Regulatory Affairs Collaboration

• Partner with Regulatory to ensure aligned scientific communication and compliant activities.


• Support medical evaluation of regulatory submissions, variations, safety updates and queries.

We would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Neurosciences or similar


• More than 5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs within Neurology, Rare Diseases or related therapeutic areas.


• Proven track record in launch excellence, ideally with at least one EU launch.


• Experience working in multi-country or regional/ global roles is highly desirable.


• Experience supporting BD/M&A assessments in pharma/biotech is a strong plus.


• Launch excellence support on local level, minimum 2 years’ local experience, with understanding the local Market access landscape in EU.


• Strong business acumen, understanding the commercial needs, excellent collaborative skills, proactivity, excellent communication ability, open for change, resilience, self-motivation, self-management, project-, and time-management skills.


• Seniority level to manage the affiliates to execute based on agreed milestones and excellent external stakeholder management skills.
