At Grupo Roca, we are strengthening our Corporate Tax Department in Barcelona and looking for a Tax Specialist (International) to join our global team.

🚀 Why this role matters

You will be a key player in shaping and executing the Group’s tax strategy: from international tax planning to complex corporate operations. You’ll work side by side with an expert team and report directly to the Group Tax Manager.

💼 Your main responsibilities

✅ Manage and optimize Corporate Income Tax for an international consolidated group.

✅ Coordinate transfer pricing & global reporting (Master File, CbCR, Pillar 2).

✅ Support corporate transactions and restructurings.

✅ Participate in tax audits & risk management.

🎯 What you bring

+4 years’ experience in domestic & international taxation (in-house or Big4).

Strong background in Corporate Income Tax and consolidated groups.

Fluent English 🌐 (essential for our multinational environment).

SAP knowledge (a plus).
