We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Country General Manager to lead and further develop AsstrA’s business in Spain.

This role requires a strong focus on business growth, customer development and market expansion. The first priority will be to strengthen sales activity, develop new business opportunities and build a solid commercial pipeline. At the same time, the Country General Manager will be responsible for organizing and improving local business processes, team performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the business development strategy for Spain.
  • Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations and strategic commercial activities.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Build, manage and develop the local team.
  • Improve internal processes, cooperation and operational performance.
  • Monitor business results, KPIs, profitability and market development.
  • Ensure effective cooperation with AsstrA teams in other countries.
  • Represent AsstrA on the Spanish logistics market.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.
  • Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.
  • Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
  • Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.
  • Understanding of operational processes in logistics.
  • Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
