Are you a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing expert ready to make a global impact? We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to shape CRM strategy across Europe & Asia and drive engagement, retention & customer lifetime value.

✨ What you’ll do

• Lead multi-channel CRM campaigns: email, SMS, push & messaging


• Drive segmentation, personalization & lifecycle strategies


• Build automated workflows and optimize CRM platforms


• Analyze, test & continuously improve performance


• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams


• Help build and grow the CRM function

 What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing


• Strong expertise in segmentation & personalization


• Hands-on CRM & marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)


• Strong data & analytical skills (Power BI a plus)


• International experience, ideally with exposure to Asian markets


• Team leadership experience is a plus
