Customer Support Specialist – German & Spanish (B2)

What you'll do:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with banking-related inquiries and account support
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with an international team and grow your career

Available shifts:

• Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (8 openings)
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00 (7 openings)
• Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 – 07:00 (5 openings)

Salary Package:

• Madrid: €22,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus
• Valencia: €20,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus

What we're looking for:

• German B2+
• Spanish B2+
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Availability to work shifts
