Our Barcelona-based Digital Advertising department is growing, and we are looking for a highly capable Onboarding Client Partner to direct high-potential Dutch enterprises and fast-growing ventures. In this role, you will function as the primary market advisor for the Netherlands—developing foundational ad strategies and turning complex marketing technologies into clear, quantifiable commercial growth for our partners.

As the central guide for the client's initial rollout, you will align technical ad solutions with direct financial success.

Key Responsibilities: Account Strategy & Portfolio Growth

You will shape the early stages of client engagement by producing high-impact business outcomes through these core responsibilities:

• Campaign Onboarding: Manage the technical setup and targeted rollout of high-efficiency Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across a diverse portfolio of Dutch businesses.
• Platform Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an internal authority on primary ad networks, tailoring specific system tools to achieve distinct business targets.
• Advisory Sales: Assess client needs to recommend custom marketing frameworks that maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Portfolio Expansion: Spot hidden growth levers within your assigned accounts and reallocate ad spend to drive stronger financial returns.
• CRM Operations: Maintain precise records within our CRM software to guarantee seamless collaboration across internal departments.

Candidate Profile: Analytical & Results-Driven

Language Skills

• Fluency: Full fluency (or C2-level proficiency) in both Dutch and English is mandatory for high-level business dialogue and internal collaboration.
