Dutch Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

We are an innovative digital marketing agency based in Barcelona, focusing on Google products. We are seeking a driven Junior Campaign Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our team. This role combines remote work with in-office collaboration, allowing you to work from home three days a week while engaging with our Barcelona team in the office for two days. Job Overview: In this role, you will be essential in developing, managing, and refining digital marketing campaigns across Google’s platforms. Your proficiency in Dutch will be crucial for crafting campaigns that resonate with Dutch-speaking audiences. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with three days of remote work and two days of in-office interaction each week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Assist with the creation, implementation, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior in Dutch-speaking regions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to ensure objectives are achieved, and generate reports on campaign success and return on investment (ROI).
• Content Collaboration: Work with content teams to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets align with campaign goals and appeal to target audiences.
• Client Interaction: Support account managers in client communications, providing updates and addressing any campaign-related concerns.
• Ad Improvement: Apply techniques such as A/B testing, keyword optimization, and bid management to enhance ad performance.
• Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of campaign strategies, performance, and insights for future reference and planning.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience: Previous experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data with attention to detail and a focus on data-driven results.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, able to explain complex concepts and interact well with team members and clients.
• Team Orientation: Comfortable working collaboratively both remotely and in-office.
• Flexibility: Able to effectively manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.
