Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Dutch Speaking Junior Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to launch their career in recruitment within the fast-paced consulting sector. You will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and welcoming top-tier talent, using your native or near-native Dutch skills daily to connect with candidates and build our team. Working closely with our experienced People & Culture managers, you will be on the front lines of our growth, ensuring that every new hire embodies the PMC Global spirit. This role is about more than just finding people; it is about finding the right people who will thrive in our supportive and innovative culture. You will have a direct impact on our success by helping us scale with quality and passion.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within our consulting accounts using innovative recruitment channels.
• Conducting initial interviews in Dutch to assess personality, potential, and alignment with PMC Global values.
• Managing the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring clear, warm, and timely communication from the first touchpoint to the final offer.
• Collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to refine our hiring strategies and employer branding.
• Actively contributing to the growth of our Dutch-speaking departments by building a pipeline of high-potential talent.
• Coordinating with team leads to understand specific role requirements and delivering candidates who fit the technical and cultural needs of our clients.

• 
  C1 or native proficiency in Dutch.
• A valid European passport (or EU citizenship).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
• A positive, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine curiosity to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence, essential for fostering our culture of agent wellbeing.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece for an initial 3 months of fully paid, comprehensive training before transitioning to a remote setup in the Costa del Sol area.

• Annual salary range of 22500 - 30000 EUR per year.
