About the Role

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys winning new business and exceeding ambitious targets? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment?

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to drive new business across the Dutch market. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiating and closing subscription deals.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident making high volumes of outbound calls, enjoy building relationships with customers, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Cold calling is a fundamental part of this role. You will make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day, build your own sales pipeline, and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscription sales.
  • Build and grow your own portfolio of customers within the Dutch market.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels.
  • Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
  • Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging online product demonstrations.
  • Guide prospects through free trials.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new subscriptions.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to:
    • Outbound activity
    • Calls completed
    • Product demonstrations
    • Trial-to-paid conversions
    • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

What We're Looking For

  • Native or bilingual Dutch.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • 1–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
    • Account Executive
    • Business Development Representative (BDR)
    • Sales Development Representative (SDR)
    • Telesales
    • Outbound Sales
    • Call Centre Sales
  • Previous cold-calling experience is essential.
  • Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls every day.
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve ambitious targets.
  • KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle is an advantage.
  • Must already be legally residing in Spain.
  • Flexibility to work in alignment with the US time zone when required.

Working Model

  • First 4 months: Full-time, on-site training in Madrid, Spain.
  • After successfully completing the training period, you'll transition to fully remote work from anywhere in Spain.
  • Occasional travel to the Madrid office may be required for meetings or training sessions, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00
  • Friday: 09:00–15:00
  • Flexibility aligned with the US time zone is appreciated, particularly during onboarding.

Please note: No relocation package is provided. Candidates must already be residing in Spain. Applicants who wish to relocate to Spain independently and at their own expense before starting are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • €30,000 gross annual base salary.
