We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Ads Sales Executive with French to join a dynamic international team supporting businesses across the Benelux market.
The Role
As an Ads Sales Executive, you will partner with Dutch companies and agency clients, helping them maximize their online advertising performance through tailored digital marketing solutions. You'll act as a trusted consultant, identifying growth opportunities and delivering strategies that drive measurable business results.

What You'll Be Doing
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and advertising agencies across the Benelux region.
Deliver strategic consultancy to help customers maximize ROI on their advertising investments.
Identify growth opportunities and promote additional digital marketing products and solutions.
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Engage proactively with customers through phone, email, and video consultations.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and digital advertising developments.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Native-level Dutch (C2).
High level of French and English.
BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or online advertising.
Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, or digital marketing platforms.
Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Benelux Market Expertise
Understanding of Benelux business culture and market dynamics.
Ability to identify and develop high-growth client opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Confidence handling complex client structures and business challenges.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and ROI-driven advertising strategies.
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy considerations within the region.
