Role Overview

Join a leading global Outsourcing/BPO company in their Valencia office! As an English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for international customers, ensuring a high-quality journey across multiple channels. This is an on-site, full-time role in a dynamic, people-focused environment located in one of Spain's most beautiful coastal cities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Personalized Support: Listen to and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive experience.
  • Problem Solving: Offer clear guidance and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify customer needs and escalate suggestions for internal process enhancements.
  • Targets & Quality: Strive to meet and exceed KPIs related to quality, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
  • Experience: Previous background in hospitality, customer service, or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer-centric work.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Mindset: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
