The Role

Combine your customer service excellence with a passion for international education. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will identify eligible candidates, consult them on global programs, and lead them through a seamless enrollment process. You will report to the Enrollment Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions: Conduct interviews, review applications, and manage acceptance/rejection letters.
• Consultation: Advise students on program eligibility and career goals via phone, email, and online presentations.
• Sales & Growth: Meet ambitious conversion targets and utilize CRM databases to track student journeys.
• Collaboration: Work with Account Managers and university partners to elevate the student experience.

Who You Are

• Communicator: 1–3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree and excellent verbal/written skills.
• Adaptable: A "can-do" attitude, creative problem-solver, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• Organized: Detail-oriented with strong time management and CRM experience.
• Passionate: Enthusiastic about travel, intercultural exchange, and helping students discover the world.
