About the role:


We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Event Manager to take full ownership of our global events program (both in-person and online) and our industry awards strategy, driving awareness, recognition, and growth through impactful and memorable experiences.


This is a hands-on role where you'll manage everything from high-impact sales events and industry conferences to our regular webinar series. You'll also lead our awards program end to end, identifying the right opportunities and crafting submissions that win, alongside all communications surrounding these initiatives. Our brand voice will stay present and consistent across community touchpoints and social channels.


You'll work cross-functionally with sales, CS, product, and leadership teams to plan, promote, and deliver exceptional events and award-winning submissions that bring our brand to life and create lasting connections with our audience.


What you will do:




  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all global events, including sales activations, industry conferences, and online webinars, from concept through to post-event analysis.




  • Manage all logistics related to events, including vendor coordination, venues, travel, registrations, materials, presentations and budget tracking.




  • Own our industry awards program: identify relevant award opportunities, gather supporting data and case studies, write compelling submissions, manage deadlines, and track results.




  • Own all external communication around events and awards: announcements, reminders, follow-ups, and content recaps.




  • Lead the planning, promotion, and hosting of webinars and virtual events, working closely with internal teams to secure speakers and define content.




  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align event and award content with broader brand messaging and demand generation goals.




  • Build and maintain calendars, timelines, and checklists to ensure every detail is covered and every deadline met.




  • Analyze event and award performance and gather feedback to improve future submissions and experiences.




  • Support our presence across social media channels, scheduling posts and helping drive traffic to key campaigns and events.




  • Support our team to be brand ambassadors at events, ensuring that the Marfeel experience is consistent, engaging, and professional.




This is you:




  • 3+ years of experience managing events and/or webinars, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.




  • Experience preparing and submitting industry award applications, with strong persuasive writing skills and an eye for a compelling, data-backed story.




  • Fluent or bilingual in English. Spanish is a plus but not required for the role.




  • A natural organizer with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.




  • Confident managing end-to-end logistics, budgets, and timelines.




  • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills and a knack for crafting clear, engaging messages.




  • Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) to support and amplify campaigns.




  • Comfortable speaking with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders across different time zones and functions.




  • Creative thinker who loves coming up with new ways to connect with an audience.




  • Able to remain calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly when things don't go as planned.
