ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and school curriculum.


• Create a safe, caring and stimulating classroom environment that supports all areas of child development.


• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, using assessment data to inform future learning.


• Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs of all pupils and support inclusive educational practices.


• Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.


• Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants and leaders to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
