Fiscal Analyst

The Fiscal Analyst is responsible for managing and executing tax compliance, tax reporting and tax control activities, ensuring adherence to DLL tax policies and local regulatory requirements. The role contributes to protecting DLL’s tax integrity and reputation while supporting the optimization of the company’s fiscal position. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, external advisors, auditors and tax authorities, the position provides technical tax expertise and contributes to continuous process improvement.

Day to day:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and support the timely submission of Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, intrastat, 349, IGIC and other statutory tax filings.

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting activities, including current and deferred tax calculations.
• Perform tax account reconciliations and analyze tax related balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Maintain complete, accurate and auditable tax records and supporting documentation.
• Identify tax risks and support the implementation of mitigating controls.
• Provide tax advice and guidance to Finance, Accounting, HR, Procurement and Business teams.
• Support tax audits, inspections and information requests from tax authorities.
• Participate in process improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives within the tax function.
• Contribute to tax awareness and education activities for key stakeholders.
• Provide support for General Ledger processes and month-end activities

Essentials:

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Tax, Tax Advisory.

• Experience working in an international business environment is preferred.

   

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of corporate taxation, indirect taxes and withholding taxes.

• Strong accounting knowledge, including financial statements, general ledger structures and tax accounting concepts.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Professional written and verbal English skills is a must.
