Full Cycle B2B Account Executive

About the Opportunity

Join JamesEdition, the world's largest luxury marketplace, as a Full Cycle Account Executive based in our Madrid office. This role offers a dynamic and stimulating environment for driven individuals with a genuine passion for B2B sales and a flair for managing international client relationships from first contact through to close.

Role Overview

As an integral part of our sales team, you will own the entire sales cycle. From prospecting and qualifying through to negotiating and closing, securing partnerships with Real Estate agencies all over the world. This is a B2B-focused role; there are no B2C sales responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Prospect, generate, and qualify your own pipeline of leads, primarily targeting Real Estate agencies, alongside opportunities passed from our SDR and marketing teams.

• Analyze client needs and tailor custom solutions.

• Present JamesEdition's value and negotiate partnership terms effectively.

• Own deals end to end, driving them from first contact to signed partnership.

• Manage ongoing client relationships through the different stages of the sales process.

• Maintain precise records in our CRM system to track communications, manage client engagements, and support data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• A proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to run and close deals across the full cycle.

• A hungry, disciplined, and results-driven attitude — self-motivated to build pipeline and hit targets.

• Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one other language (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, or others).

• High energy, an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to solve problems rapidly and adapt to changes swiftly.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
