Generative AI Technical Director

The Mission

We don’t just use AI; we bend it to our will. We’re looking for a Generative AI TD who lives at the intersection of "How does this work?" and "How does this look?" You are the bridge between raw code and breathtaking imagery. You aren’t just a developer; you’re an architect of the next generation of visual storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architecting Workflows: Building the "engine room" that allows our artists to create at scale. You see the big picture and know which emerging techniques (LoRAs, ControlNets, IP -Adapters) actually belong in a professional pipeline.
  

• Rapid AI -Assisted Prototyping: You use AI to build AI. You’re a wizard at leveraging LLMs and automated coding tools to build custom nodes, scripts, and tools faster than traditional dev cycles.
  

• Visual Quality Control: You possess a "Solid Eye." You understand model behavior well enough to know why a face looks "off" or why a light source is inconsistent, and you know how to code the fix.
  

• Agnostic Problem Solving: You aren’t married to one piece of software. If a problem needs a custom Python script, a ComfyUI hack, or a completely new experimental repo, you dive in without hesitation.

• ComfyUI Mastery: If you’re building custom nodes or complex logic flows, we want to see them.
  

• TD Experience: Background in VFX, Animation, or High -End Games is a massive plus.
  

• Rapid Deployment: Experience moving from a "cool idea" to a "production -ready tool" in days, not months.
