Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Dutch & German) | 100% Remote from Spain or Portugal

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing company in the Electric Vehicle industry, is looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in both Dutch and German.

This role is fully remote from Spain or Portugal. No relocation, no commute. If you have a reliable internet connection and speak Dutch and German fluently, location is never a barrier.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in a sector that is shaping the future of mobility, on their own terms, from wherever they choose to be.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in Dutch and German
Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
Delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience
Logging interactions and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

Fluent in both Dutch and German — this is non-negotiable
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
Interest in EVs or the clean tech space is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

What's in It for You

1,800/month during your first year
2,000/month from year two onwards
Work from anywhere in Spain or Portugal -100% Remote
