About the Role

We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a customer support team in Madrid. You will provide professional assistance to customers while using your fluent German and Spanish communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and assistance
• Communicate with customers in German and Spanish
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow the required processes and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Fluent Spanish
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented and professional approach
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid
• Flexibility to work shifts

Training

Training is mandatory and will take place:

• First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00
• Following period: 09:00–16:00
• Final week: 09:00–17:00
