German Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

Role Overview: In this position, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and refining digital marketing campaigns across Google’s advertising platforms. You will have the flexibility to work remotely three days a week while enjoying the collaborative atmosphere of our Barcelona office for two days a week. Your fluency in German will be critical for managing campaigns aimed at German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior in German-speaking regions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and provide reports on campaign success and return on investment (ROI).
• Content Coordination: Collaborate with content teams to ensure that advertisements, landing pages, and creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives and audience preferences.
• Client Support: Assist account managers in communicating with clients, updating them on campaign progress, and addressing any concerns.
• Ad Enhancement: Apply strategies to improve ad performance through techniques such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
• Record Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation of campaign performance, strategies, and insights for future reference.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in German is required, with strong proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics with attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven results.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with team members and clients, both remotely and in-person.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage responsibilities across different settings.
