What will you do?

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
Create, maintain, and update a customer database
Consolidate and expand the customer base
Record call history and customer interactions in detail
Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies
Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
Analyze market trends and customer data
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the German market

Candidate profile

C2 level of German with advanced English skills
Minimum 20 months of sales experience preferred
Strong CRM experience and ability to use tools effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
Experience with competitor analysis and strategic insights
Deep understanding of the German market and cultural nuances
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
