The Opportunity

The main mission of the Stock Allocation Specialist is to analyse customer cancelled orders and align with logistics & customer care teams to maximize sales recovery. This role is critical in minimizing business disruption, protecting revenue, and supporting customer satisfaction taking cross-functional decisions that align supply with business’s highest priorities.

What you'll get to do

• Check customer cancelled orders with internal operation teams to execute sales recovery when possible


• Prioritize orders delivery generation following global business guidelines


• Manual deliveries generation when required


• Stock availability review for key products


• Apply stock bookings to preserve shortages for certain markets or Key Customer if needed

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar preferred.

Languages:

• Native Spanish


• Fluent English
