Product Roadmap Planning: * Gain deep insights into the competitive landscape and channel partner demands within the European mobile phone market.
Understand user needs and translate frontline sales feedback into actionable requirements to optimize product planning, definition, and future iterations.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: * Develop comprehensive GTM strategies (including but not limited to product launch cadence, portfolio mix, pricing frameworks, and retail placement strategies) with the ultimate goal of maximizing long-term product returns (sales volume, revenue, and profitability).
Drive and coordinate cross-functional teamsâincluding Sales, Marketing, and Productâto ensure the seamless execution of GTM strategies.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: * Lead the sales team in demand forecasting and align manufacturing capacity accordingly.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels throughout the entire product lifecycle, making proactive adjustments as needed.
Formulate and execute end-of-life (EOL) and inventory clearance strategies.
Maintain strict control over supply allocation and pricing stability across the lifecycle to secure the overall commercial success and financial performance of the product.
S&OP Coordination (Sales & Operations): * Serve as the key liaison between Sales and Production/Supply Chain modules to guarantee timely product delivery in alignment with supply demands.
Industry Experience: * 5â7+ years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of the smartphone or IoT industry.
Proven track record of leading the successful launch of at least one or more product categories (Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, or Hearables) is highly preferred.
Product & Project Management: * Demonstrated capability to formulate and execute end-to-end solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong multi-tiered project management skills, with the ability to maximize product returns through strategic inventory control and price management.
Commercial Strategy: * Deep insight into online and offline business models, distribution channels, marketing, and commercial operations, backed by hands-on operational experience.
Language Skills: * Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English; able to use both as working languages.
