About the role
As Head of Real-Estate Acquisition & Renovation, you will lead and coordinate the property adquisition and architect teams for Valencia, Alicante, and expansion into new cities, ensuring the identification, evaluation, and efficient, profitable purchase of real estate assets that meet Equitoʼs investment criteria. This role is key to driving territorial growth and maximizing returns for investors.

External stakeholders: Real estate agents, property owners, notaries, legal
Your responsibilities
Supervise and guide the Property Adquisition Specialists team in sourcing, evaluating, and closing properties in Valencia, Alicante, and new cities.
Define expansion strategies and set territorial priorities in collaboration with Management and Procurment & Facilities teams.
Ensure proper execution of the full aquisition process: from prospecting and opportunity analysis to legal validation, post-purchase coordination and renovation.
Negotiate directly with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders to optimize terms and close deals.
Create long term relations with key partners to source properties.
Coordinate interactions between the adquisition team and Architecture, Legal, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure efficient workflows and compliance.
Review and validate profitability analyses, space redistribution plans, and investment proposals submitted by the team.
Manage and optimize the acquisition pipeline to maintain a consistent flow of property deals.
Report progress, challenges, and key performance metrics to Management.
Develop and train the team to improve technical skills, negotiation, and analysis capabilities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
What we’re looking for - Requirements
Minimum experience: 7+ years in real estate adquisition, investment, or real estate project management, with team leadership experience.
Education: Business Administration, Economics, Law, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
Technical knowledge:
-> Real estate market knowledge in Valencia, Alicante, and expansion territories
-> Legal documentation and notarial processes
-> CRM tools and pipeline management
Languages required: Fluent Spanish; intermediate or higher English.
