The Role
We're looking for a Head of Supply Development to accelerate the expansion of our DOOH and Retail Media inventory footprint across key international markets. You'll identify, secure, and grow partnerships with retailers, media owners, shopping centers, convenience networks, and digital signage operators, reporting directly to our CRO.
You'll play a key role in expanding our premium inventory portfolio and strengthening our position as a leading Retail Media and DOOH platform. This role sits at the intersection of Retail Media, DOOH, AdTech, and digital transformation in physical retail.
What You'll Do
Own and drive our supply expansion strategy across priority international markets.
Identify, prospect, and engage retailers, media owners, shopping centers, convenience networks, and digital signage operators.
Build and execute strategic partnership plans to accelerate inventory growth and market coverage.
Negotiate and secure long-term commercial agreements that support our growth objectives.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with supply partners across the Retail Media and DOOH ecosystem, acting as their primary commercial point of contact.
Support the development of our Retail Media offering, monetization strategies, inventory packaging, and commercial propositions.
Work closely with Product and Operations to onboard and activate new inventory, including supporting SSP integrations.
Educate partners on the value of programmatic DOOH, Retail Media, and audience measurement.
Monitor market trends and represent AiOO at key Retail Media, AdTech, and DOOH industry events.
About You
5+ years of experience in DOOH, Retail Media, AdTech, media sales, programmatic advertising, or a related industry.
A proven track record of developing and managing strategic commercial partnerships.
A strong network across media owners, retailers, agencies, digital signage operators, or AdTech ecosystems.
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, programmatic workflows, and digital advertising ecosystems.
A business development mindset, with demonstrated success opening new markets and creating partnership opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable operating in an international, fast-evolving business environment.
Willingness to travel across priority markets.
Fluent English; a second European language (French, Spanish, German, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Good to Know
This role is hybrid, based in Madrid.
Regular travel across priority markets is part of the job.
You'll be joining a young, fast-moving Commercial team with real autonomy to shape how AiOO grows its inventory footprint.
