Head of System Analysis

✅ Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and roadmap for system architecture, IT investments, and enterprise modernization efforts.


• Process Architecture: Build a standardized framework and processes for System Analysis across the organization.


• Internal Governance: Lead and optimize whole-company internal processes for efficiency and alignment.


• Requirements Governance: Oversee the translation of complex business objectives into clear, scalable technical specifications and system requirements.


• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of system analysts, business analysts, and solution architects, managing two teams totaling 12 people.


• Performance & Development: Directly manage team performance through regular performance reviews.


• Documentation: Be in charge of the documentation analytics process.


• Infrastructure: Work on solution and infrastructure design.


• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and external tech vendors to evaluate and procure enterprise solutions.


• Process Optimization: Identify areas of underperformance in current IT systems and introduce continuous improvements to efficiency and ROI.


• Risk & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational governance policies.

✅ Role Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Experience in a Global management of System Analysis


• Enterprise Knowledge: Deep understanding of how development works in a large-scale (enterprise) environment.


• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in key technical tools, including AI tools, Jira, and Confluence.


• Management: Proven management experience, including overseeing and scaling technical teams.
