At weWow, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our HR Admin, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless employee experience, ensuring every stage of the employee journey is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
From welcoming new team members on their first day to supporting them throughout their employment, you'll be the go-to person for HR administration. You'll work closely with our People Team, external partners, and internal stakeholders to keep our HR processes running smoothly while ensuring full compliance with Spanish labour legislation.

How you make an impact.
Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
Coordinate onboarding activities, including contracts, system access, documentation, and new hire inductions
Support payroll preparation by maintaining up-to-date employee data and collaborating with external payroll providers and internal finance teams
Act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support
Assist in internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and updates
Prepare regular HR reports and track key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy
Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency
Full knowledge of the Spanish labour law and collective agreement in order to ensure compliance
Coordinate and support during meetings with accountants, Spanish law and other organizations (Asesoria, Social Security, PRL, etc.)
Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to Head of People
What we value in you.
Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
1+ year of experience in an HR Administration role
Fluent in Spanish & English
Good understanding of Spanish labor Law, Social Security, and HR best practices
Experience handling HR documentation, employee records, and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and stakeholders
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset when identifying and resolving administrative issues
Comfortable working with HRIS, AI, and other HR tools
