Inside Sales, Pricing & Procurement Manager

About the Role

As an Inside Sales, Pricing & Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and profitability of DP World's Freight Forwarding business. Acting as the bridge between sales, pricing, procurement, and operations, you will lead a team responsible for developing competitive pricing strategies, supporting business development activities, and managing Ocean Freight (FCL) procurement and pricing activities.

This role is focused exclusively on the Ocean Freight / Full Container Load (FCL) product and covers the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal). You will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities across both countries while working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Ocean Freight Product Iberia, you will combine leadership, commercial acumen, and operational expertise to support business growth, strengthen supplier relationships, and deliver competitive customer solutions.

You will be responsible for optimizing pricing and procurement performance, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring your team delivers high-quality support across the customer lifecycle.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales, Pricing, and Procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability, market competitiveness, and customer expectations.
• Oversee ocean freight procurement activities, including carrier negotiations, supplier management, and contract compliance.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to provide accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and market intelligence that support customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make strategic pricing recommendations.
• Drive operational excellence by improving pricing, procurement, and sales support processes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Prepare and present performance reports, procurement insights, and pricing analyses to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pricing, Procurement, or a related commercial role within the Freight Forwarding industry, with solid knowledge of Ocean Freight/ FCL operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations, and external supplier networks.
• Proven ability to develop pricing strategies, negotiate with carriers and suppliers, and drive commercial performance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience using CRM, TMS, and pricing tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with a customer-focused, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
