About the role

Position Overview

As part of our International Sales Team, you will be responsible for accelerating Youtrust's growth across the Italian SMB / Mid Market.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business leveraging a combination of Marketing-generated leads, dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs), partner channels, and your own outbound prospecting efforts.

While you'll benefit from the support of a dedicated BDR team, we expect every Account Executive to have a strong hunter mindset and actively generate their own opportunities. Success in this role comes from building a healthy pipeline, creating demand, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on B2B customers, both direct and through partners.

Your Responsibilities:

As an International Account Executive (Italian market), your goal is to develop and convert leads into long-term clients, ensuring their continued success with Youtrust.

What you will do:

• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner channels.

• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and upselling.

• Understand your prospects’ business needs and clearly communicate Youtrust's value.

• Conduct tailored product demos, supported by our Pre-Sales Engineers.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and messaging.

• Accurately forecast revenue and maintain high-quality CRM data in Salesforce.

About you

You are above all a "dealmaker" you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor, and know how to negotiate with a win-win mindset. You’re self-motivated, highly adaptable, and driven to deliver results.

You have:

• 3-5 years of consolidated B2B SaaS experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, a strong outbound mindset, and the closing energy to get deals done.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian (Native Speaking), Spanish (fluent), English (fluent).

• Willingness to work from our Barcelona office in a hybrid setup (3 mandatory in-office days + 1 recommended).

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Strong listening and negotiation skills with a win-win mindset.

• The ability to prioritize tasks and adapt your message to different audiences.

• A team-oriented attitude with a positive and energetic personality.
