MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to provide first-level technical support and remote assistance to users across diverse locations and contexts, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and tools in order to maintain effective digital workplace functionality and user satisfaction
JOB OVERVIEW
The IT Support Technician ensures the delivery of timely and effective technical support to MSF staff, focusing on Microsoft environments, videoconferencing tools, cloud services, and mobile device management. Operating in a multicultural and remote setting, the role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external teams to resolve IT issues and improve user experience.
